
Dana Delany has a great outlook on health! She shuns plastic surgery and knows how to maintain her figure without depriving herself of simple pleasures.
├óΓé¼┼ôI have a piece of dark chocolate every day as my little reward,├óΓé¼┬¥ she said. ├óΓé¼┼ôAnd I love Vosges Haut-Chocolat — oh my God, they have the most delicious flavors. ├óΓé¼┼ô
She went on to discuss her exercise habits:
“I have a treadmill. I don’t run — I walk — and for just a half hour. I’ll watch Nurse Jackie while I do it. And I love to dance. I was recently in London doing press and the cast from Glee was there, and I sort of became an honorary Glee member. We all went out dancing at a nightclub, which was the most fun in the world!”
Ha! Delany is a great example of someone who’s found a balance between staying healthy while maintaining sanity by eating a bit of chocolate everyday (which, btw, in moderation can have positive health effects).
