No shortage of drama with Danielle Staub!
According to TMZ, on Thursday, Englewood, New Jersey police arrived at the RHONJ star’s house in response to an alleged domestic disturbance involving her estranged husband Marty Caffrey.
Though authorities removed him from the residence, he was not arrested or charged with any crime.

The previous day, the Bravo starlet sought a protective order against her spouse, who is allegedly putting her through “emotional torment.” Specifically, sources say Caffrey has been allegedly “toying” with his estranged wife, where he has allegedly loosened light bulbs, turned off the house’s power, and cut off the hot water. Allegedly, he chooses to stay at their property despite having another place where he could live.
Her request was granted on Thursday.
While Marty denies the accusations and thinks Danielle’s protective order is ridiculous, she believes he is purposely trying to drag out their divorce as he reportedly shot down four offers to settle.
As we reported in August 2018, Caffrey filed for divorce after four months of marriage. Earlier that month, the two obtained (and dropped) temporary restraining orders against each other.
