Dark Knight Massacre Turns Into Dark Knight Lawsuit

dark knight shooting lawsuit
We can’t believe it’s already been two months since the chilling massacre that wreaked havoc on Aurora, Colorado and the nation.
58 were wounded and 12 were killed during the shooting spree that took place in a midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises.
And on Friday, three of the surviving 58 sued Cinemark USA for failing to provide proper security in the movie theater.
According to them:

“Readily available security procedures, security equipment and security personnel would likely have prevented or deterred the gunman from accomplishing his planned assault on the theater’s patrons.”

And not only that, but they also claim the movie theater employees failed to help the victims out of the theater.
We’re actually surprised more aren’t suing, but we bet it’s only a matter of time before they do.
Our thoughts are with them all…
