David Arquette Goes Back To Work! Attends Scream Awards

Welcome back, David! Good to see you out there again!
David Arquette attended Spike TV’s Scream Awards 2010, which marked his first public appearance since the Courteney breakup.
Looks like he should pretty busy promoting Scream 4 from here on out.
Let’s just hope it’s not TOO awkward for him, given the fact that Courteney is likely to be involved.
