Want to know what David Beckham‘s got up his designer sleeves??
The swoon-worthy soccer star was previously rumored to be launching a clothing line and now we finally have confirmation!
Inking a deal with Global Brands, the announcement was made Wednesday, except the details are still a bit up in the air!

Ready-to-wear? Sportswear?
It doesn’t seem like even David’s decided yet! Global Brands’ chief exec, Bruce Rockowitz, dished:
“We won’t be building just one brand. Creating a sportswear or underwear line with David would be great but we want to do more…That’s something that we’ll be discussing and we have a lot of thoughts on that. Will there be a DB brand, David Beckham brand or if it’ll be something else.”
We can’t picture him wanting to start competition with Victoria‘s own brand, but since David already covered underwear and swimwear with H&M, we won’t be surprised if he goes the casual wear route. Maybe a nice pair of tight jeans??
Though David did divulge:
“Throughout my career I’ve had quite a few sponsorship deals but this takes it to a different level, a different area. I’ve gone from being in a sponsorship deal to now becoming an owner.”
Well, fingers crossed he at least stays on to model what ever it is he’ll be launching!
