David Cassidy‘s days of child stardom are wayyyy over, but it seems like he’s experiencing the negative effects of the spotlight!
The 63-year-old was arrest for driving whlle intoxicated early this morning by Schodack, NY police.
After blowing a BAC of .10, the former Partridge Family heart throb was thrown in the slammer before posting $2,500 in bail.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time David has been slapped with a felony charge. In 2010, the actor was arrested for a DUI in Florida
Yikes! Not only could David have hurt himself, but he could’ve hurt other innocent drivers!!!
Hopefully he’s learned his lesson the second time seeing inside the walls of a jail cell!
