Demi Lovato’s 21st birthday is less than one month away! And so, of course, we’re more than eager to know what she has planned!
Keeping in mind that the Made in the USA singer can’t celebrate the big 2-1 with shots of tequila, the AH-mazing lady explained that she’ll be doing something totes out-of-the-box!
She├óΓé¼Γäóll be going on a safari in Africa! What’s more, she├óΓé¼Γäóll also be putting her talent to some humanitarian use!
Demi explained:
“I’m going to do a lot of charity work down there with an organization called Free The Children. While I’m there, you have to safari. I wanted to do something different than your typical 21st birthday thing.”
The X Factor judge, who├óΓé¼Γäós been very candid about her past substance abuse and rehab stints, also admitted that she├óΓé¼Γäós had her fair share of wild parties — been there, done that:
├óΓé¼┼ôThere was one time, when I was 18. I met this photographer, who was taking pictures for my birthday. I met him later… When I went to Jingle Ball two years later, the photographer there was like, ├óΓé¼╦£Hey, do you remember me? I took pictures for your 21st birthday.├óΓé¼Γäó I was like, ├óΓé¼╦£Oh, that was not my 21st birthday!├óΓé¼Γäó├óΓé¼┬¥
She added:
“I’ve already had those birthdays. Now that I’ve gotten older and gone to rehab, I’ve learned to celebrate life. I’m so thankful that I’ve even lived to 20 years old, let alone, God bless, if I make it to 21.”
