Nurse At Demi Lovato's Hospital Allegedly Told Police The Singer Was Using Meth

As brave and open as Demi Lovato has been in the past, maybe one day she’ll tell us everything about this experience.
For now though, info about her hospitalization is coming from multiple sources.
We’ve already heard from at least one that initial reports were incorrect and it was NOT heroin Demi overdosed on. So what was it?

First responders reportedly couldn’t get details out of their “uncooperative” patient, and police apparently found and photographed some drug paraphernalia at her home — but there weren’t enough drugs left to test.
Although according to The Blast, the incident report does have one key witness — a nurse who told police Demi was using methamphetamine before the incident.
However, meth is a non-narcotic stimulant which could NOT be mistaken for heroin. It definitely would not have been helped by Narcan, which is the emergency treatment we’ve heard Demi’s friends gave her.
Could the meth be in addition to whatever she OD’ed on? Was it a combination of drugs??
This just gives us more questions than answers…
