Dozens of social media users have been voicing frustration over the ads for this empire simulation RPG that show images of different types of princess labeled “pretty,” “ugly,” and “obese.” Yes, this exists in 2019.
So, when one of these icky ads found its way on Demi’s feed, you better believe the Disney Channel alum didn’t scroll past it. She took to her IG Stories and blasted the social platform for allowing the “disgusting” advertisement that could easily trigger someone struggling with an eating disorder or other mental health issues.
The recovering 26-year-old, who has previously been vocal about social media’s negative effect on her own body image, told Instagram to “Keep this bulls**t off mine and others feeds” before it does irreversible damage, adding that she expected the Sultans of Instagram to know better than to let such archaic nonsense invade their app.

Hopefully Demi’s voice is loud enough to get this app executed.
