Demi Lovato has gone through a cuhrazy journey to get to where she is now!
The Skyscraper singer has been so vocal about her struggles and she has her family to thank for getting her where she is today, specifically her little sister Madison De La Garza!
Dems revealed in an interview of the situation that prompted her to change her life for the better!
She said:
“The last time that I had an intervention, it was my management, my entire team, manager, lawyers, everyone, and my parents coming into a room saying if you don’t get sober – my mom specifically said, ‘You know, we’re going to move back to Texas and you’re not going to be able to be around your little sister.’”
We can’t imagine what Demi was feeling when her mother said that!
She was probably heartbroken once she heard her momma’s ultimatum!
Demi’s momma Dianna Hart explained her reasoning for saying the statement (above), she said:
“I couldn’t allow her, at that point, to be around her little sister because of the things that we found out, that really were going on.
I had to set an example for Madison├óΓé¼┬ª I had to protect her and [Demi] knew that. So when I said, ├óΓé¼╦£I├óΓé¼Γäóm moving back to Texas,├óΓé¼Γäó she knew that I finally meant it that time, and that├óΓé¼Γäós when we all sat down with her and said, ├óΓé¼╦£This is it, you have to make a change or we├óΓé¼Γäóre all going our separate ways because if you don├óΓé¼Γäót want this career, we├óΓé¼Γäóre not going to want it for you.'”
We’re glad Dems has such a great support system and we’re so happy she made the change!
Demi has never looked better and she has her inspiring little sister to thank!
