Well, it’s become known recently as the “Disney knees” on TikTok. And the queen of the move? Demi Lovato, all thanks to her performance of This Is Me in Camp Rock! Check it out (below):

On Tuesday, Demi posted a video to TikTok of herself recreating the “Disney knees” around different parts of Disneyland, including in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle and a Star Wars ride. So fitting! In the clip, she pretended to hold a mic as she bent over, stuck her other hand in the air behind her, and shook her knees to a track. Obviously, the song was This Is Me! The Sonny With A Chance actress captioned the post:
“Couldn’t go to Disney without doing the dis-knees.”
