We’ve pretty much dubbed Demi Lovato the unofficial Topshop ambassador, but now we FINALLY have the deets on why she’s been rocking SO MANY Topshop duds lately.
Not only is her personal stylist Soulmaz Vosough the global head of personal shopping for the brand, but apparently Demi also struck up a friendship with Sir Philip Green last year and he just happens to be the owner of the popular chain.
Friends in high places are ALWAYS a good idea! Ha!
He recently told the New York Times about their encounter, saying:
“We walked around the store chitchatting. I thought she was a sweetie. We had one of my girls look after her to see how we could help develop her styling. She became a lot more interested in clothes generally.”
We’d get a lot more interested in clothes too if an entire chain’s worth of garments was at our disposal!
And it’s certainly a symbiotic relationship, as Demi benefits from looking on trend all the time and Topshop benefits from being introduced to millions of Lovatics the world over!
