Demi Lovato may be on her FutureNow tour with Nick Jonas, but she also has a side job that’s pretty “cool for the summer.”
The Confident songstress took a break from performing in Denver, Colorado to see the sites of the city and connect with its people — and what better way to do that than going undercover as a Lyft driver?

In the clip, the 24-year-old — posing as her alter ego Samantha — picks up unsuspecting Lyft passengers and tells them all about her aspirations to become a singer.
She confesses:
“I actually really want to be a singer someday. Like, I’ve actually been traveling the country with my ex-boyfriend’s brother because he sings, too.”
Well, she ain’t lyin’!
Aside from rocking out to a few songs, including one Camp Rock classic, “Samantha” gives her thoughts on pop music sensation Demi Lovato — but admits she thinks Selena Gomez has “got such a better voice”!
Ouch! Seeing that Demi objectively has the stronger set of pipes (and how even Selly admitted she’s “not the best singer”), that’s definitely gotta be Demz throwing a little shade!
Don’t worry, she also roasted herself along the ride, and shocked the passengers when she revealed her true identity. Ch-ch-check out the video (below)!
