The now-56-year-old actress wrote:

“I played a young nightclub singer, and Jon Cryer played the nineteen-year-old photographer who falls in love with her, in his first movie role… Jon fell for me in real life, too, and lost his virginity to me while we were making that movie.”

The female thespian added:

“It pains me to think of how callous I was with his feelings — that I stole what could have been such an important and beautiful moment from him.”

At the time, Moore was around 21 years old, while Cryer was 19.

However, on Tuesday on Twitter, Jon said he did NOT lose his virginity to Demi, as he first had sex in high school. However, he doesn’t blame her for the assumption given his “skill level” at the time!

He penned:

“Well, the good thing about this is she doesn’t have to feel bad about it anymore, because while I’m sure she was totally justified making that assumption based on my my skill level (and the stunned look on my face at the time), I had actually lost my virginity in high school.”

Additionally, he admits he was in love with her during this “troubled time,” but has zero regrets.

“But she’s right the other part, I was over the moon for her during a very troubled time in her life. I have nothing but affection for her and not a regret in the world.”

In her book, Moore reveals she was also not in a good place during this time period, as she became dependent on cocaine.

“I started to do some seriously self-destructive things during that period… I remember waking up not knowing where I was, thinking, ‘Am I supposed to be at work in an hour?’ and then having to call someone and ask to be picked up. It’s all a blur.”

Moore was married three times — to Freddy Moore, Bruce Willis, and Ashton Kutcher. Cryer was married to Sarah Trigger until 2004, and later got hitched to Lisa Joyner in 2007.

Of course, in 2011, Jon starred opposite Ashton in Two and a Half Men following Charlie Sheen‘s departure. The show came to an end in February 2015.
