Glorious news!!
That 2003 best-selling roman à clef The Devil Wears Prada is getting a sequel!
Author Lauren Weisberger is back in Vogue Runway action as she pens Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns!
Showing main character Andy as editor of The Plunge, a popular bridal magazine, Weisberger continues the story with our heroine somewhat traumatized and fearful of her former boss.
But at least now Andy has her nemesis-turned-bestie Emily by her side as well as fiance Max (who also happens to be referred to as a media scion.)
Simon & Schuster plans on publishing the novel April 2013. And you can bet we plan on buying a copy to add to our fabulous library!!
Fingers crossed a film adaptation will follow shortly after! We’d LOVE it if Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway hooked up again!!
