It’s a Slumdog Millionaire year!

Director Danny Boyle was given the top award at the Director’s Guild Award ceremony on Saturday for bringing the Indian rags to riches tale to life.

The flick’s won every big award to date.

It looks like it’s on its way to the biggest prize of them all – Oscar!
