Hollywood is a funny thing. Today’s funny thing comes in the idea that The Dictator is afraid of Dark Shadows!
So afraid that the release date was PUSHED back so as not to deal with it!!

It’s true, the opening date of its Sacha Baron Cohen-starred flick is being released 5 days later now, on May 16th instead of May 11th!
So what spooked them? The scares?
Nope! It was the comedy… it all happened after the trailer (above!) for Dark Shadows began showing the movie as far more comedic than expected!
This kind of shuffling actually seems to happen a lot, and that buffer really does seem to work — so this is a smart move.
Though, we’re not sure if the Dictator crowd will be the same as the Dark Shadows crowd, but we could be wrong!
