Billy Ray Cyrus took a walk yesterday with his pooch, sporting this questionable outfit, but an even more questionable tattoo.

Big and bold, his arm now reads “Lately” in a red heart. When asked what it meant, he revealed it was the name of his next album.

Ah, so the record label won’t buy you any promotion in print so you decided to permanently remind yourself of your failures.
