Two more celebs have been dragged into Diddy’s legal situation.
You may recall the name Ashley Parham from back in October. She’s one of the only people to use her name as she filed a lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder. In it, she claimed he and several associates subjected her to a brutal gang rape in 2018 — something she said was meant to be revenge for suggesting Diddy had something to do with Tupac Shakur’s murder. So crazy… But it gets crazier.
In an amended complaint, Ashley named two of the celebrities! She now claims popular comedian/online personality Druski and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. — the one who had that dalliance with Kim Kardashian — were two of the men involved in her gang rape. Wow.
She claimed that a month after suggesting Diddy was involved in Tupac’s murder, he showed up at her Northern California home with a crew of associates and threatened her with a knife before sexually assaulting her with a remote control. She went on to claim that a man who she’s now identified as Druski, born Drew Desbordes, poured lube all over, jumped on her to use her body like a “slip and slide,” and raped her. She claims another man who raped her was referred to by Diddy’s associates as “Cornelius”. That man she has since named as Odell. His middle name is Cornelious — slightly different spelling, but maybe she was just guessing at first.

Ashley went to the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office after the alleged attack to file a report, but the PD has since revealed to People that they decided her “claims were unfounded.” A spokesperson said:
“We take these cases seriously, and detectives thoroughly investigated the accusations.”
Since launching her amended claims, Diddy’s legal team argued “no sane person reading this complaint could credit this story,” telling People:
“Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation. In an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players.”
We hate to say it, but we may have to side with Diddy and his legal team on this one. There are obviously some very real charges against Diddy. But this woman’s claims seem easy to disprove — and that’s just what Druski is trying to do.
Addressing the disturbing claims head on, he poked a HUGE hole in the timeline — by pointing out he wasn’t famous yet in 2018! So he wouldn’t have been invited to Diddy’s crew! He wrote on X (Twitter) on Sunday:
“This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”
Yeesh! We’re pretty sure he’s right! He wasn’t known AT ALL until like 2020! He added conscientiously:
“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to pedal false narratives.”
Odell — apparently in the same boat — responded to Druski’s statement:
“Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I , I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. S**ts stupid”

Man. It really does seem like this woman just threw a dart and picked two Black male celebs at random. If so, that really is unconscionable considering there are real victims of rape out there.
