Diddy Used TV Remote & More In Brutal Gang Rape Revenge After Woman Made Tupac Comment -- Claims Terrifying New Lawsuit

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

The Diddy allegations just keep coming, and somehow, they continue to get worse and worse. Whoa.

According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ on Tuesday night, a woman named Ashley Parham has accused Sean Combs and his associates of brutally gang-raping her out of revenge — and his own mother was supposedly in on it!!!

Ashley claims she first connected with the rapper when she met one of his friends at a bar back in February 2018. The friend got Diddy on FaceTime, but she wasn’t impressed by the music mogul and even told him to his face that she thought he had something to do with Tupac Shakur‘s death in 1996. Needless to say, that did NOT go over well! Over FaceTime, Diddy allegedly threatened her, saying she’d “pay” for the comment and for being so dismissive of him.

One month later, Ashley says she was set up by the friend of Diddy’s whom she had met in a bar — which led to the alleged sexual assault!

In the docs, she recalled the man from the bar invited her over to his house in Orinda, California. While she was there, Diddy unexpectedly (to her) showed up and told her “she thought she would never see him in person.” The 54-year-old then held a knife to the side of her face and horrifically told her that he would give her a “Glasgow smile” in retaliation for her Tupac comments. That’s when a scar is cut from the corners of the mouth to the ears, btw. So awful!

While Diddy ultimately didn’t follow through with that plan, the reason he ditched the idea isn’t any good! The plaintiff claimed Puff Daddy’s top consultant, Kristina Khorram, was at the house and told him not to cut her face because they could “sell” her to potential clients for sex. Kristina also allegedly threatened to ship Ashley off to anywhere in the world — where she’d never see her family again.

WTF.

Ashley went on to recall that Diddy removed the knife from her face and took off her clothes before grabbing a bottle of liquid from a fanny pack and covering her body in it. Diddy and Kristina then allegedly tried inserting something in her vagina that they called an “IUD,” but it malfunctioned. Instead, Diddy allegedly opted for a TV remote that he violently stuck into her vagina — using it to rape her. While doing all this, he reportedly told the victim that her life was in his hands and that he could “take her” and she’d never been seen again. Awful.

Later, Diddy allegedly raped Ashley anally and instructed two other men to do the same, which they did. Another man with the rapper raped her vaginally, as well. Per docs viewed by the New York Post, she also accused Kristina of setting her up to be raped, “assisting in covering up the crime thereafter,” and forcing her to swallow an unknown pill after she was assaulted.

After the gangbang-style assault was complete, via TMZ, the group left her limp body inside the home while they went out back to smoke weed and cigarettes. When Ashley regained her bodily functions, she grabbed an oversized shirt and a knife and tried to leave, but she had to get past Diddy at the exit first. He was apparently surprised she was even up and walking because he’d given her “enough drugs to take out a horse.” JFC.

The Coming Home artist then allegedly told her that he “hadn’t had any ass that tight in a while” and offered to pay her while telling her to say everything was consensual. She refused and threatened to go to the police, but Diddy argued nobody would believe her — and he also allegedly threatened her, claiming if she told anyone, he’d harm her family. She recalled an associate showing her a phone that appeared to be live-streaming video from outside her sister’s home. OMG.

Then, Diddy allegedly called up his mom, Janice Combs, in another effort to ensure Ashley wouldn’t tattle. Janice allegedly yelled at the woman not to hurt her son and to dismiss the rape claims. Truly despicable. And this is the same woman who has been defending her son publicly following his arrest. Oof.

The father of seven also allegedly told Ashley that he’d gotten away with bigger crimes, and he once again referred to Tupac. His comment supposedly pissed off one of his pals, who drew a gun and later fired a shot that caused the Bad Boy Records founder to run away. Ashley chased after him with the knife, and when she caught up to him and was about to stab him, he started pleading for his life. She came to her senses and ran for the exit instead, but he followed after her. She swung the knife at him and grazed his abdomen.

Once out on the street, Ashley yelled for neighbors to call the cops as she heard Diddy’s SUV speeding away. She claimed a sheriff from the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department showed up, and she reported that she’d been violently assaulted by Diddy and others. She doesn’t think the department ever investigated her claims.

What??

She also reported the crime to Walnut Creek Police and the Orinda Police Department. According to the New York Post, she did not include Diddy’s names in these reports because she feared “she would be ignored… and/or would be further harmed by Defendant Diddy if he discovered she named him to police.” She was told no law enforcement agency had opened an active investigation into any of her reports.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Northern California federal court on Tuesday, involves Combs, Khorram, and several other defendants. Ashley is seeking $50 million in damages and a jury trial. By the way, her lawyers are Ariel Mitchell and Shawn Perez. That means this is completely separate to the 120 lawsuits that attorney Tony Buzbee is filing against the A-lister! There’s just so many things that keep coming out…

So far, Diddy’s team has not reacted to this latest suit. Reactions? Share them (below).
