As if P. Diddy‘s ego needed any further inflating, the rap mogul has been immortalized this week at the Madame Tussauds museum in New York City.

JLo‘s former fling showed up to the event with his momma, Janice Combs, and some of his kids.

Though Diddy’s wax figure does look pretty life-like.
