Diddy’s Lawyers Claim 'Freak Off' Tapes Actually Prove His Innocence -- Because Victim 'Enjoyed Herself'!

Diddy 6-Year-Old Party Guest Remembers Seeing 'Topless Women' Everywhere

All that footage the feds got of Diddy’s “freak offs”? The smoking gun evidence from the raids on his homes that was supposed to bury him in court? Yeah, his lawyers are now saying they’re actually the key to proving his INNOCENCE.

The disgraced rapper’s litigation just took a turn probably nobody on planet Earth was expecting… But lawyers will be lawyers, we guess.

In a motion filed in New York federal court on Tuesday, the Bad Boy Records founder’s defense team Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos claimed it’s “clear” Diddy is innocent after reviewing his freak off footage:

“Having reviewed these videos, it is now abundantly clear that they confirm Mr. Combs’ innocence and that their full exculpatory value cannot be investigated and used unless they are electronically produced.”

Uhhh, what? HOW? Well according to lawyers, in the nine videos in question, all the sexual acts carried out are “between fully consenting adults.” In docs obtained by multiple outlets, they argued:

“Contrary to what the government has led this Court and the public to believe, the so-called ‘Freak Offs’ were private sexual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship.”

The long-term relationship they’re referring to is with someone listed as “Victim 1,” who multiple outlets are reporting is Cassie. She dated Diddy on and off for more than a decade before splitting in 2018, later setting the rapper’s downfall in motion with her lawsuit.

However, Diddy’s team claims it can be seen in the video the victim “not only consented but thoroughly enjoyed herself.” EW!

Considering all the allegations and the literal video footage of Diddy abusing Cassie, “enjoyed” is an irresponsible word to be throwing around.

The legal team further argues the tapes “directly refute the allegations that Mr. Combs kept these videos as ‘collateral’” because they were “not on Mr. Combs’ devices” and “not seized from his homes.” Instead, they argue it was Cassie who kept the footage “on her own device for years and produced them to the government herself,” and that she was “a willing participant in her private sex life with Mr. Combs.” Wait, the vids didn’t come from the raids? HUH??

They went on to add she appeared “evidently happy, dominant and completely in control” in her sexual interactions with Diddy, and that there was “no evidence of any violence, coercion, threats or manipulation whatsoever.”

They further claim the freak off videos “do not depict sex parties” and that there are “no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors and not so much as a hint of coercion or violence,” as widely reported, and that there’s “no evidence that anyone is incapacitated or under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption” and “certainly no evidence of sex trafficking.”

So… if it’s not in these videos, that’s evidence it didn’t happen? Come on! What about the 100+ people who have ALL launched sexual assault lawsuits against him??

The lawyers then try to flip the script and position Diddy as the victim — of a “sexist” and “puritanical” system attempting to “police non-conforming sexual activity”:

“It is sexist because the government’s theory perpetuates stereotypes of female victimhood and lack of agency. The prosecution reflects a paternalistic view that the government is here to protect women who cannot be trusted to make their own decisions about sex and are not capable of consenting to sex that the prosecutors view as outside the ‘norm.’”

Wow. This is certainly a… creative approach. Of course, multiple women say they were drugged by Diddy, so they literally were not “capable of consenting to sex.” Legally AND ethically.
