Diddy Accused Of Horrific Assault Of 10-Year-Old Rapper

Diddy is being sued once again… and it’s for another alleged assault of a minor. The youngest yet.

On Monday, a new lawsuit was filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York by attorneys Tony Buzbee and Andrew Van Arsdale. Their firm is the one that set up a victims’ hotline for people to come forward and share their experiences with the rapper. At first about 50 people were set to come forward, but that number has now ballooned to over 120. The latest to file suit was just 10 years old when his alleged assault occurred.

In the very disturbing suit, the plaintiff known as John Doe claims he was brought to Manhattan as an aspiring rapper back in 2005. He and his parents made the trip to talk to music execs about his “burgeoning” career, and one of those happened to be none other than Sean Combs. He recalls a consultant hired by his parents brought him to the Grammy winner’s hotel room… and left him alone.

?Horrifically, the plaintiff alleges, this is where Diddy gave him soda he now believes was laced with drugs. Per the suit:

“After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.”

It’s from here the lawsuit claims the rapper forced the child to perform oral sex on him before losing consciousness:

“Once plaintiff had pushed plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it.’ When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.”

The plaintiff says he “froze in terror” and later woke up with pain around his rear end. Just awful…

His parents later noticed something was wrong with their son. He says he finally told them what happened. They didn’t go to the police at the time, though, because they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse”. We’re guessing that doesn’t just mean not realizing your hip hop dreams. This was a scary man by many accounts.

Doe said he had to be homeschooled after the incident, and suffered from severe depression and anxiety. Just heartbreaking.

Diddy’s team is still denying everything, obviously. They released another statement to Rolling Stone on Monday to blast the accusations AND the lawyers. They said:

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail:  that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
