Controversial Director Roman Polanski Getting Honored

Well, this is bound to piss some people off.

A little bit over a year ago, Roman Polanski’s rape victim Samantha Geimer spoke up about the director’s crime on Larry King Live.

Now, Polanski is being honored with a lifetime achievement award at the Zurich Film Festival on Sept. 27.

While we understand that he’s had an impressive career, we’re not sure if someone with his criminal track record deserves so much positive recognition.
