This is so sad for soap opera lovers! Their beloved channel SOAPNet, run by Disney for 14 years, is officially done, over, kaput, fin, dead.
Just like Michael Muhey‘s character on The Young & The Restless after his whole disgusting groping incident!
It was announced that after New Year’s Eve, the channel would no longer exist, even after countless soap fans tried to save it.
A spokesperson commented on the change in programming, explaining that it was due to:
“A shift in corporate priorities.”
So sad!
Where will these fans watch the soaps they miss now?!
Someone will just have to tell the fans what “DVR” is, then they’ll never have to worry about missing their stories!
