Things aren’t looking great for DMX, but then again…when are they?
DMX appeared in court in Phoenix earlier today on charges that he violated probation by using cocaine and OxyContin.
According to court documents, he didn’t submit to drug testing and drove with a suspended license.
DMX denied violating his probation, and now he’s got another hearing set for Dec. 9.
We’re not optimistic that things are going to go well for DMX this time around.
He’s just gotten into WAY too much trouble recently…but who knows? Maybe he’ll get out of it, Lilo-style though we doubt it!
