Dog Is The Only Cop In Town?

A drug sniffing dog named Nikka is the only certified police member in the town of Vaughn in New Mexico after the police chef resigned.
The police chef Ernest “Chris” Armijo resigned after rumors spread that he wasn’t allowed to carry a gun because of his political background.
Here’s what a resident said:

“There’s just a whole lot of nothing going on here. We have very little crime. It’s quiet. So this really doesn’t matter.”

Still, any criminals are probably reading this and heading over to New Mexico right now.
Haven’t these people ever seen Breaking Bad???
We really hope they give Nikka a gun or at least a treat for taking care of these people in this town.
Who is going to fill her bowl with water and food??
