That’s actually the opposite of what happened with Clueless‘ Donald Faison! LOLz!

On Tuesday, the 44-year-old actor stopped to take a selfie (seen above) with a young woman, who was rocking a t-shirt with the pop culture classic’s cast on it. But according to the Instagram caption, the girl had NO idea who he was!

“#Clueless for real for real…she was like who are you and why do you want this picture? #MovieOlderThanYou”.
The pic has seemingly since been deleted, as it seems some commenters have been shaming the poor girl, as pointed out on Twitter:
She is devastated. And being ruthlessly shamed because of this. Is this how you use your celebrity? Would you want this to happen to your child? I think not. Man up.

And hey, Faison shouldn’t be too hard on this girl! In 2012, the Clueless cast had a reunion and shoot with Entertainment Weekly where the Scrubs actor admitted he was clueless himself to one the most iconic lines from the movie.
On his character Murray, he said:
“I had no idea what the hell I was saying. What’s going postal mean? And when they explained to me what it meant, I thought, ‘That’s really messed up!'”
Oh the irony!
