Two weeks ago Donald Trump announced on Twitter his war against the press — for negative (i.e. accurate) coverage — would be moving into the glamour phase with his own award show he called THE MOST DISHONEST & CORRUPT MEDIA AWARDS OF THE YEAR.
Of the many media personalities and outlets expecting to be named, the most enthusiastic was Chrissy Teigen, who immediately announced her intentions to host the live ceremony:
Excited to host the red carpet LIVE at “The Most Dishonest and Corrupt Media Awards”!!! Be sure to tune in!!

On the day she used Snapchat and Twitter to broadcast her long promised live coverage of the ceremony, saying:
“Just arrived here at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood. The Fake News Media Awards are setting up now.”
Then tweeted:
