Donald Trump is now beefing with one of his biggest supporters!
If you somehow missed the latest controversy in MAGA, the president posted an AI picture to Truth Social on Sunday amid his fiery feud with Pope Leo XIV of himself as Jesus Christ! Check it out (below):

Many members of MAGA slammed Trump afterward, including Riley Gaines, a former NCAA swimmer and intense critic of trans athletes. She wrote:
“Does he actually think this? Either way, two things are true. 1) a little humility would serve him well 2) God shall not be mocked.”
Amid the mounting backlash, Trump ended up deleting the post. He then claimed in an interview with CBS News on Monday that he thought the photo was showing him as a doctor performing Red Cross duties, swearing he was only having a “little fun playing the doctor and making people better.” And that is such a BS answer, if you ask us! There’s no way he, or someone on his team, didn’t know that it was a depiction of Jesus!
As for the criticism against him? When asked by CBS News reporter Norah O’Donnell if Riley’s post led him to delete the pic, Trump unsurprisingly did not have kind things to say about her now:
“I didn’t listen to Riley Gaines. I’m not a big fan of Riley, actually.”
Yeah, says the guy who once praised her for being “tremendous” and “brave” while signing an executive order targeting trans athletes last year. He is just butthurt that he got called out.
Despite Trump’s feelings about the conservative activist right now (and his controversy), however, she still has a lot of “love” for him. Riley took to X (Twitter) to respond to the insult from the politician, saying:
“I love the President and I’m so grateful he’s in the Oval Office. Of course, I’ll continue to support him and the America First agenda. At the end of the day, I do nothing for the approval of man. Our purpose on this earth is to glorify Him in all we do. The truth social post missed the mark. It’s now deleted. Amazing! We’re imperfect people. I know I am. I don’t get my feelings hurt easy and I know with the President it’s really not personal. I want to spend eternity in a real place called Heaven. I’d love for Trump to be there too. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. I’ll keep doing my part by speaking truth & doing my best to lead others to Christ. (and no, I won’t be selling merch with his insults on them hahaha)”

At this time, Trump hasn’t responded to Riley’s post. But knowing his track record, she shouldn’t expect an apology or anything.
