Doonesbury Character Roz Comes Out After End Of DADT

Welcome to the gayborhood!
Now this is what we like to see. People using their outlets to spread the good word, like the repeal of ├óΓé¼┼ôDon├óΓé¼Γäót Ask, Don├óΓé¼Γäót Tell.├óΓé¼┬¥ The cartoon Doonesbury has been in circulation for 40+ years, but this past week’s columns have been some of the best, if you ask us.
The character of Roz, because of the repeal of DADT, decides to finally come out of the closet as a lesbian to her commanding officer, her mother and everyone in her unit. The nice thing about it is that the humor plays to the positive of the situation, not the negative.
