Uh-oh…Dr. Phil is in trouble!
Janet Harris, former best friend to the television doc and his wife Robin McGraw, has filed a lawsuit against the couple after their dog allegedly attacked her!
According to the court papers, the McGraw’s dog Maggie brutally mauled Harris without provocation or warning, and she is claiming gross negligence on the couples behalf.
Her personal injury lawyers said that deep puncture wounds, cuts, and abrasions on her arm that bled uncontrollably forced her to stay in a nursing home.
Sounds serious!
The court papers filed by her legal team said:
“Janet spent seven days attached to an IV as well as being prescribed steroids and antibiotics. As a result of the injuries sustained, she was unable to maintain her livelihood, culminating in the loss of her business and indefinite inability to earn a living practising her trade,’ her legal team said in the papers.”
We’re curious to hear more details about this story. Was the attack really THAT bad or is this former bff of the couple trying to get some of their money?
