Maybe she took our advice and actually fired her stylist!

Miz Drew Barrymore was looking fabulous on the Emmy red carpet Sunday night wearing a blush colored Monique Lhuillier strapless gown.

This look is so much better than what she’s been doing lately.

We’re glad she tucked those black tips under her bun or got rid of them completely.

Either way, we’re glad they disappeared for the night!
