Drinking Water Aids Weight Loss


Drink water! (seriously)
This is an age-old piece of advice, and one that we always seem to forget. But here’s you’re new incentive: Drinking water aids in weight loss.
In fact, a recent study has shown that drinking 16 oz. of water before each meal can help you lose weight AND keep it off. The study showed that people who drank more water not only lost more weight, but kept it off over the next year, while those who went off the water-drinking regimen gained a little weight back.
If you’re finding it difficult to stay hydrated, try carrying around a reusable water bottle and drinking throughout the day. It may seem like a big effort, but it’s worth it!
