Ed McMahon To Testify From Bed?

Ed McMahon – who is battling bone cancer – may have to take his deposition for his lawsuit against Cedars Sinai from his bed in the ICU at the UCLA Medical Center.
If Ed doesn’t have his deposition taken, he risks having the case discarded completely.
McMahon’s lawyer has written Cedars Sinai’s legal team stating that Ed, who has been bedridden for the past 3 months, will be available, however, “He is not able to leave his hospital bed. Please suggest appropriate dates next week. Please be advised that Ed remains in ICU so medical precautions will be necessary at the direction of the attending UCLA staff.”
We hope Cedars shows some compassion!
