Ed McMahon has dropped his lawsuit against the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for the misdiagnosis of his broken neck.
McMahon claimed back in September 2008 that the hospital failed to perform an x-ray and give the former Tonight Show co-star the treatment he needed.
Ed’s attorneys have settled the issue with both the hospital and doctors for an undi$closed amount.
