After calling it quits back in April, it appears that Elisabetta Canalis and Steve-O are giving their relationship another try, as they were spotted out and about and looking more than a little affectionate while walking around West Hollywood!

Out of all of this gurl’s ex-boyfriends, we’re frankly a little surprised that he was the one that managed to get a second go, but hey!
