Elizabeth Hurley Didn’t Use An Intimacy Coordinator In Steamy Scenes… Directed By Her Son Damian!

Elizabeth Hurley’s relationship with her son knows no bounds. Uh, at least when it comes to working on set!

During an interview with The Sunday Times over the weekend, the Austin Powers star’s 21-year-old son Damian, who’s about to release his directorial debut Strictly Confidential, opened up about directing his mom in the racy film. If you haven’t seen the trailer, Elizabeth’s character hooks up with another woman in a pretty steamy scene… which is exactly what the trailer shows! Watch (below):

To everyday people, directing your mom in such erotic scenes would be uncomfortable, right? To say the VERY least! But for someone raised in the industry, it’s apparently just another day at the office! Damian told the outlet:

“I hate to say that it felt totally normal. I don’t know what that says about us.”

Ha!! Good last line. He continued:

“I was speaking to a lot of my friends who are also second generation of parents in the industry. They say exactly the same thing: that things to outsiders that may seem totally strange and extraordinary, for us we’ll just have grown up with in everyday life.”

The young director, who also penned the script, revealed that there were no intimacy coordinators on set, as “everyone was very comfortable.” He also shared that Elizabeth taught him about sex at a “ludicrously young” age. Part of that was apparently her teaching him that it’s a “beautiful and natural act.”

Alrighty…

Last month, Elizabeth opened up about how acting out the sultry scenes in front of her son was actually quite “liberating.” At the time, she told Access Hollywood:

“The things that his script needed me to do in this weren’t necessarily things I’d always done in movies many times before, but having him there meant that I felt safe and looked after, and I knew in the production [and] in the post, I knew he’d look after me.”

Inneresting!

Sounds like they made it work. For better or worse! Thoughts?? Let us know down in the comments!
