Ellen DeGeneres Has Some Technical Difficulties Trying To Scare Anne Hathaway!

Can’t win ’em all! Ellen DeGeneres experienced what might be her first scare fail trying to spook Anne Hathaway on Thursday’s episode of her show.
Like in other recent scares, Ellen tricked the Ocean’s 8 actress into thinking she was playing a simple guessing game. Only one of her goons was hiding in the suspiciously large table between them, ready to pop out on command.
But the table was so thick, Ellen had to kick it hard to give her signal — and the actress totally caught on!
Thankfully, the Oscar-winner was a good sport about it and performed a fake scream anyway. Gotta love Annie’s commitment to a scene!
