Imagine being able to buy anything you want in the entire world… and instead you spend your time like this…
Over the holidays Elon Musk has gotten involved in a huge debate about H-1B visas. Essentially he and fellow DOGE founder Vivek Ramaswamy came out in favor of bringing in people from countries like India to do jobs at their tech companies — because it’s good for their business. However, that flies in the face of the MAGA crowd’s hardline anti-immigration stance. They want no new Brown people AT ALL. Hilariously, it’s seemed over the past few days that certain Donald Trump supporters have only just realized the racism also includes them. Hysterical.

Amid the in-fighting, Elon took part in an X Spaces discussion with a lot of MAGA voices. One person in the group chat was vehemently defending the multibillionaire. Some guy named Adrian Dittmann. This was a loud voice on X (Twitter) with nearly 200k followers, who pops up in discussions about Elon all the time. Always defending him — to the point there’s long been a theory it was an Elon burner account. The thing is, when people heard his voice in the Spaces talk… something was off about it. The cadence, the vocabulary choices… Frankly, well… it sounded to a lot of folks like Elon. Multiple users ran it through some voice tech and found it to be a perfect match. Adrian Dittmann apparently is Elon Musk. Hell, someone even found an old “Adrian” appearance in which he seemingly accidentally refers to Elon as “I”. While complaining about some journalist being obsessed with Elon, “Adrian” says:
“Given that I was literally the first thing she posted about, it’s kind of obvious at this point that you have more problem with the person than you have about the product.”

This is far from the first time we’ve seen a celeb or politician use a burner account to say the things they can’t. To insult their rivals, to promote themselves, that kind of thing. Hell, even Trump had one — he used to call reporters on the phone as John Barron. It’s weird, but it happens.
This one has apparently been going on a long time. The Adrian Dittmann account was created in July 2021. It usually defends Elon’s political or world views, but it gets sadder than that. In January, Elon posted a photo with his son X, and “Adrian” responded:
“You’re an amazing father, Elon. Your kids are very lucky to have you.”
So sad… Especially considering we’ve heard loud and clear what his daughter actually thinks of him. Why put in the time it takes to create a fake persona telling you you’re a good dad? That’s time you could be spending with your real children, repairing rifts, actually being a good dad!
But it gets weirder…
Cooking The Books
OK, here’s where it goes next level bonkers.
Folks searching for the name Adrian Dittmann, presumably to verify all this insanity, found him. He apparently is a character in books written by someone named Victoria Yerburgh. Here’s the description for The Dittmann Paradox:
“In the gritty underbelly of a modern metropolis, Adrian Dittmann cuts an enigmatic figure. Charming yet guarded, his murky motivations and ambiguous dealings have long been a source of obsession for Detective James Carter. As Carter peels back the layers of Dittmann’s life, he finds himself drawn into a labyrinthine web of deception involving Adrian’s estranged brother Marcus, a shady criminal empire, and a mysterious femme fatale with secrets of her own.”
Uh… huh. So who the heck is Victoria Yerburgh?
Well… she’s someone who has written something like 37 books available on Amazon‘s eBook shop. 37 books, all published from April to June of this year. 37 in three months?! Yeah. Not even Stephen King writes like that. This is clearly someone putting out books written by AI. What the heck are they? They range from science fiction novels to dating guides to… Elon Musk fanfiction. Yeah. For real. Here’s the description of one:
“Rocket Man: A Cosmic Love Story is a poignant romance novel that follows the intertwining lives of Rachael, a shy and guarded divorcée, and Elon Musk, the world’s wealthiest tech mogul.”
So the current theory? Not only is Elon Musk using this Adrian Dittmann sock puppet account to fluff himself up, he’s also using AI to “write” books about himself AND his mysterious and sexy alter ego under the fake name “Victoria Yerburgh.”
We mean… this is next level pathetic. Like, who has this kind of time? Think about how much Elon is already tweeting, he’s on there ALL DAY! And he’s on there again as another guy and then again as this fake female author? And spending the time generating AI books about how cool and interesting he is?? If this is true, it’s one of the saddest things we’ve seen in a long time. Oof.
What does Elon have to say about all this? Well, a couple days ago he floated the idea it was true, tweeting then deleting:
“Suppose for a moment that Adrian Dittmann IS a sock puppet account I use to flatter my main. Isn’t the left always telling people to love themselves? Or am I just not loving myself in their narrow, conscripted, ‘right’ way? Hypocrisy at its finest”
Then we guess he decided he could better deny the whole thing by pretending to laugh it off with his pal Adrian. They’re now tweeting at one another like buddies who find the confusion hilarious:
It was a lot of fun ????

This would be so much funnier if this man didn’t have another sock puppet named Donald Trump who is also acting weirdly beholden to him — and is going to be the President of the United States in less than a month.
