Well, if there were any shadows of doubt Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt were truly over, it’s been made crystal clear now…
It’s been a tough go for the embattled parents, who welcomed their daughter Scottie Rose in December. According to multiple sources, after the pair speed ran their relationship last year and ended up expecting their baby girl together, shades of uncertainty began to manifest as the couple simultaneously began prepping for parenthood while really still getting to know each other. But things really came to a head earlier this month when we heard the pair were facing real “issues” just five months after welcoming their daughter.
The rumor was that they may have been “at the point of no return,” and then BOOM! The bombshell report dropped that they were truly dunzo. A source told The US Sun:
“Pete has been traveling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born. It was very hard for him because, obviously, he has to work to make money.”
A second added:
“They are just focusing 100% on Scottie. Working out the best co-parenting solution is their top priority.”
We later heard Pete just needs some time to work on healing inner wounds, but that he’s not 100 percent opposed to reconciling one day… But we’re not so sure Elsie will be on the same page, as it sort of seems like she feels as if he’s leaving her high and dry…

On Saturday, the 30-year-old took to TikTok to address new paparazzi photos that emerged of her. Beginning the selfie video with a yawn, she said:
“Yeah, yeah, I know. I’m exhausted, okay? I should have left the house looking nicer yesterday. I should have known that that was going to happen.”
That’s messed up! Given everything she’s juggling right now, looking perfect for invasive paparazzi should be the last thing on her radar!
Elsie then went on to confirm she’s currently taking care of Scottie and trying to make money “alone.”
“But that’s not what I’m thinking about right now because I have a baby to take care of. And I also have to work and make money, and I’m doing it on my own, which is hard.”
Oof! There you go!
Finishing the video, Elsie added:
“Noted, next time I will try to look nicer when I get paparazzi’d on a walk with my daughter. But I don’t know how to get rid of the eye bags because I don’t sleep.”

In the comments, one shocked fan questioned if she seriously had to figure out the financial situation on her own given Pete is the baby daddy:
“I hope you don’t mean you’re doing the financial part alone… that would be insane given the circumstances. You seem like a lovely person and a wonderful mother! We’re all rooting for you.”
And in a since-deleted response, Elsie confirmed:
“i am :)”

Oh no! That’s NOT cool at all!
We heard she and Pete are “not getting along” after splitting, but we truly hope that doesn’t mean he cut her off financially given they share a baby together — who by Elsie’s account, she’s currently raising by herself!
What a messy situation! We won’t jump to any conclusions quite yet given this is the first either Pete or Elsie have spoken out on the situation, but damn! We sure hope it’s not all what it seems to be!
