Elsie Hewitt Talks 'Baby Daddy' Pete Davidson In Happy Update -- Details!

Hey! This is a good news update!

Months after a rocky breakup, it now seems like new co-parents Elsie Hewitt and Pete Davidson are in a much better space. We genuinely love to see it.

Back in May, Elsie confirmed that the split rumors about she and the SNL alum were true, telling fans via social media that she was left handling parenting on her own. CLICK HERE to read more about that.

Naturally, it didn’t take long for Pete’s sources to go to media outlets and say that wasn’t entirely true — at least not from his POV. CLICK HERE for more on that.

Whatever the full picture was, it was clear to fans that Elsie was taking care of baby Scottie Rose but finding it understandably difficult to be a solo parent. In her own words, she said “parenting is so hard” — and we mean, definitely, it definitely is. We felt for her then, and we feel for anyone struggling to keep up with the stresses of modern parenthood. Even with a partner it can be challenging, so to all of a sudden be a single mom, that’s gotta be a lot!! Thankfully, Elsie kept her head up, Pete kept helping and doing his part, and now it seems like the two have reached a new chapter.

On Tuesday, Elsie shared joyful photos from her time at the Olivia Dean concert at Madison Square Garden. In the pics she’s smiling with a friend, making fun poses for the camera, and singing her heart out to what we’re sure are SUPER cathartic songs.

So how is Pete involved with all this? In the caption of her sparkling Instagram post, she revealed:

“Scottie crawled for the first time to this song. we dance to Olivia Dean every day. it’s our album. her music has given me so much and been with us thru every up and down this year. i hope whoever fumbled her is shaking in their boots but hey thanks for some of the inspo behind The Art of Loving and thanks to my baby daddy for the tix!!!”

Aww!! What a good gift, Pete! And what a sweet story about Scottie’s first crawl! See the post for yourself (below):

We’re genuinely happy to learn the two are doing much better these days. For each of them as individuals, for their daughter, and for many happy days ahead as a family navigating a co-parenting situation that is uniquely their own.

Cheers to good news!
