Although the ratings for the actual ceremony were solid, but unimpressive, the E! Network’s Live From The Red Carpet: The 2011 Academy Awards Show, hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic, set a new record by drawing in nearly FOUR MILLION viewers, the most-watched pre-show telecast on the channel ever!
