What happened to staying sober and winning Courteney back? You’re through with BOTH of those things now, David???
Earlier today, we were bummed to hear that David Arquette was seen “dancing the night away” with Joe Francis‘ ex-wife Christina McLarty while at Comic-Con this weekend.
At the time, it seemed to us like an indicator that David has moved on from Courteney, and unfortunately now it also appears that he’s moved on from sobriety!
PerezHilton.com has been learned exclusively that David Arquette was pAArtying HARD with Joe Francis’ ex at Comic-Con over the weekend.
According to a Perezcious reader who was at the event, David and Christina were out at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning “stumbling up 5th avenue, clearly still drunk from the night before.”
The previous night, they had made a brief stop at the NCIS: L.A. party, and had partied so hard that David couldn’t even walk straight the next morning.
So sad. Hopefully David can nip this in the bud and check himself into rehab before he gets fully back to his old ways.

UPDATE: David’s publicist tells us that “he isn’t dating Christy” and “they were with a group.” He also says that David is “209 days sober” and “he is very proud of his sobriety…”
