Fans Discover Secret Ariana Grande Album -- Or Was It A Leak?

Ariana grande album leak

The surprises just keep coming for Ariana Grande fans!
A collection of unreleased material has been discovered on several streaming services from a user named Zandhr, causing users to speculate whether the pop star dropped a new album under a secret identity.
The 10-track album, called Nobody Does It Better, became unavailable once fans started debating whether or not the songs were actually sung by the Sweetener songstress, though several listeners reported hearing Ari’s vocals in the opening song In Your Hands.

If those signature pipes weren’t enough of a giveaway, Zandhr’s bio contains upside down writing (Ari’s favorite!) that reads, “right now I’m in a state of mind, I wanna be in like all the time,” lyrics from the 25-year-old’s smash hit single no tears left to cry.

Aside from containing several unreleased songs, the playlist included multiple tracks that fans recognized instantly — including Too Close, a bonus track on the Japanese version of My Everything; Champagne, which seems to be a version of Ari’s previously performed song, Pink Champagne; Better Days, a song she performed with Victoria Monet at the One Love Manchester tribute concert; and In Your Hands, believed to be the collaboration between Ari and Diplo teased back in 2016.
The album was around for about a week before it got attention from fans and subsequently vanished from streaming services.
A source close to the singer told Newsbeat the collection “was not affiliated with her” in any way, so we guess we’ll take this secret album noise with a grain of sweetener.
