Taylor Momsen looked really, really slutty provocative last night at Fashion’s Night Out.

The actress-turned-singer and self-proclaimed artist “expressed” herself last night at the Giuseppe Zanotti event and then performed with her band, The Pretty Reckless at the Teen Vogue Block Party.

First of all, the girl is 16. SIXTEEN. Seriously, where are her parents?

Her mother can’t seriously be okay with this. She makes Tallulah Willis look like a nun!

It’s not even a cute outfit, regardless of age. It’s just so… cheap looking!
