The plot thickens in the John Stamos extortion case!
Scott Sippola, the guy accused of blackmailing John by threatening to release compromising photos of the actor, is now claiming that the FBI lost or destroyed “the only copies in existence.”
The photos were said to be “unflattering,” but sources close to Stamos say that the pictures weren’t really all that scandalous, but the whole thing still sounds pretty suspicious to us.
Sippola argues that he wasn’t trying to extort John for cash, but was merely trying to arrange a “legitimate business deal” to sell the photos to a tabloid.
Hmm, still sounds suspect to us!
The FBI and Michigan prosecutors are saying that they never had the photos in the first place and Sippla and girlfriend Allison Cross never showed proof that the pics even existed.
We wonder if there were any scandalous photos of John and if so, what could possibly be on them???
