There maybe a light at the end of the debt tunnel for photographer Annie Leibovitz. The famed artist has just started settlement negotiations on the $24 million loan she is in the hole for. If successful, Annie could return to work without such a heavy burden to cloud her days.
If these talks are unsuccessful, Annie risks losing not only her four homes, but also the rights to any past and future photograph she has ever taken.
Hopefully, something can be worked out as we would hate to see the work of such an extraordinary artist (and a celesbian!) be thrown into the hands of a greedy company. Her work should remain hers.
The houses she should sell to give them back their money. Fair is fair.
