First Same-Sex Marriage In D.C.!

Amazing!!!

Today is the first day that same-sex couples can legally marry in Washington D.C., making it the sixth place in the United States where marriage equality is legal. The first couple to do so this morning in our nation’s capital was Angelisa Young and Sinjoyla Townsend.

They were married in the office of the Human Rights Campaign followed by two other couples.
