It’s been four years since Gwen DeVoe launched Full Figured Fashion Week, and this week it’s back and better than ever in New York City.
After kicking off festivities on Wednesday with a harbor cruise and big and tall male fashion show, a special runway presentation was held at Bloomingdale’s on Thursday.
Designers including Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Jones New York and Eileen Fisher showed off plus-size looks.
On Friday retailers such as Lane Bryant, Evans and Ashley Stewart and independent designers will have their own showcases.
The 4 day fashion week will wrap on Saturday with a runway showcase and awards reception at the Broad Street Ballroom.
Hopefully Full Figured Fashion Week will be around for many years to come!
